We will arrange a replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Unopened items can be returned within 7 days for store credit. Opened collectibles cannot be returned unless faulty.
Pre-order deposits are refundable if the manufacturer cancels or delays the product by more than 6 months.
